 Here at 16hands.co.uk we offer several delivery options...if you require any assistance regarding postage options please email customerservices@16hands.co.uk

 Free standard delivery worth £4.75 on all orders over £65.00 -Mainland UK only...may exclude parts of Scottish Highlands and Islands.

 Our standard delivery option on all orders upto 30kg is a 2-4 working day service. To a UK Mainland address only

 We also offer a Premium service 2-3 days upto 30kg £7.25...Orders must be received by 4pm Mon-Fri for collection the following working day. The next working day for a Friday will be a Monday. After a Bank holiday it will be the following working day Mon-Fri. This service covers UK mainland but may exclude parts of Highland Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Deliveries to non Mainland UK and International.

 Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Channel Islands... Where we are able to send orders under 2kg by Royal Mail Standard Parcels, 1st or 2nd Class there will be no additional postage charges.

 For orders over 2kg but under 10kg to the above destinations these will be charged at £9.95

 International Destinations.

 Dispatch times.

 We endeavor to dispatch items from stock within 48hrs of payment. Occasionally it may take a little longer..In this case we will email you with an estimated delivery time.

 Delivery Method.

 We use Royal Mail Standard Parcels, 1st or 2nd Class post for the majority of our orders. For larger orders we may use a courier...i.e. My Hermes, City Link etc.
